Teweles Seed Tower offers two different programs to accommodate most income levels.

Market Rate

The first is what we call market rate or a "standard" apartment rental. In order to qualify for the apartments under the market rate allocation, you must satisfy our credit, criminal and landlord qualification standards. In addition, your rent cannot be more than 42% of your income.

In the market rate allocation we have:

• 1 Bedroom from $920/month
• 2 Bedrooms from $1200/month
• 3 Bedrooms from $1650/month

This rent includes your water, sewer, trash pick-up and gas heat.

Tax Credit Program

The second program is the Tax Credit program. The rents under the 60% Tax Credit Program are as follows:

• 1 Bedroom $712/month
• 2 Bedroom $854/month
• 3 Bedroom $987/month

This rent also includes your water, sewer trash pick-up and gas heat.

In order to qualify for this program you must also satisfy our credit, criminal landlord and income qualifications as stated above, but in addition to these standards there are some additional limitations which are as follows:

1. There needs to be at least one household member who is not a full time student. The only exceptions to this rule would be if you are

   • married filing joint taxes,
   • a single parent claiming your child on your taxes or
   • under the Wisconsin Job Act program.
2. There are also income limitations, which are based on the number of people living in the household. For the 60% Tax Credit program, your income must be under:

   • 1 person $28,200/yr
   • 2 people $32,280/yr
   • 3 people $36,300/yr
   • 4 people $40,320/yr
   • 5 people $43,560/yr
   • 6 people $46,800/yr

We also have a 50% tax credit program that has the following income levels: 1 person under $23,500/yr and 2 people under $26,900/yr. If you meet all the criteria and are under these income levels you may qualify for a one bedroom for only $586/month.

Lastly, we have a 30% program for the studios. If your income is under $14,100/yr for one person and you meet all the criteria, you may qualify for a studio at $319/month.
