Discover Advantage Services

What sets CommonBond apart from other affordable housing providers are our Advantage Services. Advantage Services are designed to provide tools, connections to local community resources, and support for families to help make their CommonBond housing experience a foundation to build success, or, for older adults and people with disabilities to maintain their independence.

Advantage Services are available for all residents free of charge at Advantage Centers located on-site within each CommonBond housing community and may vary from site to site depending on resident needs. Help finding employment, help with homework, and on-site health and wellness clinics are a few examples of the services that you and family members may find at your Advantage Center. Advantage Services are staffed by dedicated, credentialed professionals and trained volunteers who are here to add value and quality to your rental experience.

Advantage Services offers services for three groups of residents:

CBC boys-at-vicksburg Youth services engage youth in high quality, consistent, and intentional programs by partnering with youth, parents, schools, and community resources.
CBC senior-couple-at-Red-Rock Services for older adults and persons with disabilities are designed to help older adult residents and residents with disabilities live independently longer.
CBC Yorkdale-family Family services are designed to support adult and family success by helping to identify and support personal and family goals and connect you with on-site and community resources needed to overcome barriers to achieving those goals.
